Check In/Out

Check in time is 3:30pm, check out time is 10:30am. Please make sure you empty the refrigerator of all food items and take out the trash.

You do not need to clean the sheets and towels before you leave; simply make sure you get all of your personal belongings before you leave.

DO NOT FORGET TO LEAVE THE POOL KEY AND PARKING PASS on the kitchen counter. If you take these items with you, not only will you negatively impact the next guests vacation, you will be charged for replacements.

Property Damage

Pursuant to the agreements you signed via Airbnb or VRBO, you will be responsible for any property damage incurred during your stay. We conduct a thorough inspection after every guest and, if damaged or missing property is noted, the rectifying dollar amount will be deducted from your security deposit. If you neglect to pay the cost of repair, Airbnb and VRBO will be notified as well as a negative review left for you as a traveller. Let’s just avoid all of that and be respectful of the property.
